🔐 Privacy Policy

Our company privacy policy explains how Little Guy Dev handles website, account, and service data. Before anyone receives a PhantomSecure build, we will publish a product-specific notice covering every data flow. Optional product telemetry categories will remain off unless the user turns them on. PhantomVault is designed so Little Guy Dev does not receive Vault plaintext or Vault decryption keys.

Email updates: When you submit a PhantomSecure signup form, your email address is sent to Sequenzy, our list-management and email-delivery provider, so Little Guy Dev can send the updates you requested and honor unsubscribe requests.

📄 Terms of Service

Little Guy Dev's current Terms of Service cover its websites and existing services. PhantomSecure software and subscriptions are not currently offered. Final product terms will be published before a build or subscription becomes available.

📝 End User License Agreement (EULA)

The PhantomSecure EULA page is a draft template under review. It is not in effect and does not grant access to software. A final agreement will be presented before anyone receives a build.

⚠️ Pre-Release Status

PhantomSecure is under active development. No PhantomSecure module is currently available to users. The capabilities on this website describe our targets for public launch unless a page says otherwise.

• Availability: Joining the waitlist does not provide software access or create a subscription.
• Feature status: Planned capabilities may change while implementation and security validation continue.
• Release evidence: Stronger security and privacy claims will move to present tense only after the applicable release candidate passes its documented gates.
• Future beta terms: Testers will receive final Early Access terms and a PhantomSecure-specific Privacy Notice before receiving a build.

The current Early Access Agreement is a draft pending counsel review and is not yet in effect.
